Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

We use Oracle PeopleSoft hcm is used as the core HR system. We have other side systems like Taleo for recruiting etc. Overall we are ok with the system but we have issues with reporting and data accessibility.

  • Everything is customization instead of configuration
  • Customizations are difficult to maintain
PeopleSoft meets most of the requirements for healthcare industry. We have selected based on the functionality and other organizational inputs
It has strong core payroll system.
Reporting is not easy to develop.
