Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

Given the security issues that are prevalent with cloud-based solutions, an on-premise HCM provider is still greatly valued. PeopleSoft has long been a trusted solution, and I'm happy to hear that there are no plans to retire the software suite.
  • On-premise HCM provider.
  • Excellent at managing time and payroll.
  • It's very simple to understand with a very easy interface.
  • Scheduling. There is not a robust scheduling offering that is integrated with PeopleSoft.
  • Provide the ability to release certain elements for access remotely.
  • It's a very simple to use interface that has positively impacted employee performance.
Ceridian demoed great, but under the hood, PeopleSoft's functionality and usability is hands down a better solution
If you are looking to keep your database secure and have complete control of your information, PeopleSoft is an amazing choice. If you are looking for a straight cloud-based solution, this is probably not the best option.
