Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

We are currently on PS and upgrading to HCM. We recently started and go live in 2020. PeopleSoft HCM will continue to be an enterprise tool for HR and benefits administration.
  • Compensation management.
  • Employee self-service.
  • Better reporting, particularly dashboards.
  • Better user interface. It could be more intuitive.
  • We are a non-profit, but it helps us manage to attract, retain, and develop the workforce.
Oracle PS HCM is much more stable and easier to integrate than Workday.
It is well suited for compensation management and workflows. They need to improve reporting and dashboards.
