Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
Peoplesoft 9.0 is being used for payroll and tracking across projects. No issues or bugs or problems. For our small company, Peoplesoft may be a little too much power, but because of its ability to integrate with other software, we are satisfied.

- Migration to the cloud could be easier
- Ability to move to AWS and other non Oracle products/clouds
- Training and finding skilled operators
- Easy to pay employees on time
- Execs like the reporting
- The formatted templates and screens are good for us
We liked the PeopleSoft story; we liked their sales team, and we trusted the technical folks.
