Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

I was using another inhouse application which was helped me in certain areas but since we have a plan to implement an application Pan India, I decide to move with an industry specific solutions, here I got to know about Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and after some clients feedback, I decided to move with to it.

Cons

  • Very large application
  • Longer time to implement
  • Need proper training to every employee.
  • Good and professional product
  • Need less intervention
  • Easy to implement
I had used some other applications but Oracle PeopleSoft HCM is better then other as per my personal opinion.
