Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

Oracle PeopleSoft HCM is probably one of the best on premise HCM syste. It is highly configurable and caters to exceptions very well and there is high scope of customization.
Main use cases it catered to are HR data management, employee movements and transactions and application security.
It has got better user interface of all the other on premise HCM products.

Because it is easy to use, highly secure and customizable. Core HR is very strong module which forms a strong base for any organization.
Even employee transactions like movements, job changes can be captured very efficiently.
Talent Management modules need a little overhaul as latest features from the market standard perspective
The above-mentioned HCM products are the industry leaders. If we are using SaaS based product, SuccessFactors, Workday are the best in the market however in on premise setting, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM still is the undisputed leader in the market.
Organization that need high customization and lot of non standard scenarios, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM is still a better bet, but could turn out to be a costlier bet.

Oracle PeopleSoft HCM is well suited for cases where in high customization is required in specialized industries where the standard features do not work. For example, manufacturing, industries where a lot of blue collar job employees are.
Less suited for tech related industries where more white collared employees are housed as talent module is not so strong in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
