Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is used by the entire sales org - sales reps, sales leaders and the outbound team (i.e. BDRs). The main business problem it solves is to help scale with a one-to-many model but still be targeted with your outreach. Ultimately, it helps us set up more calls with prospects, which is what Outreach is designed to do. I also use it for renewal customers and saving time such as leveraging the template feature.
Pros
- Reach new prospects
- Engage with existing customers about renewals
- Save time by automating common messages and talk tracks
Cons
- Bridging calls between AEs and BDRs
I don't use the reports much. Our BDR and ADM uses them a lot as they are in Outreach a lot.
- More calls, which statistically means more closed deals
- More productivity (more time to sell)
- More time for creative and strategic thinking
I haven't personally worked with Outreach's CSM team
I have only used Outreach
