Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I have really enjoyed the use of Outreach. It seems user friendly in most regards which makes it an easy choice to use. It hasn't been difficult to figure things out without the help of the support team.
We use it as a communication tool to help broaden our scope of contacts we can reach out to.

Pros

  • Sequencing
  • Logging Calls
  • Giving Statistics

Cons

  • Ability to attach multiple people to a sequence in CC form.
  • Ability to finish multiple contacts from a sequence and add them to a new sequence on the same page. Right now if you finish the contacts from the sequence they disappear from the screen you are looking at and you have to go find them again.
I just look at the report I can find from the toolbar that shows all of my stats for the month, week, and day. This helps me to see where I am at with activity and where I can improve.
  • I have only used Outreach since being with the company so I am not sure of the direct impact. I'm sure it has been positive from my experience.
I think I have only had to reach out one or two times and the response/solution was a quick turn around. Again not enough experience with other products to give a relevant response here.
Outreach is a great tool if you are looking at reaching out to many contacts and want the capability for the tool to keep track of the activity and what comes next for you. It has been nice to have. This tool can also be an organizing tool as well.
