Outreach is an amazing sales tool!
Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Our sales team of 20 uses Outreach. It helps to connect with our remote sales team and keep up with everything each individual rep is doing. It also simplifies our entire sales process.
Pros
- Call tracking - You can view your entire sales team's call activity very easily
- Email tracking - You can view your entire sales team's email activity
- Email sequencing - Create custom sequences to ensure your sales process is consistent
Cons
- The soft dialer - Ability to record calls depending on area code, the ability to block numbers altogether
- Mobile app - Currently using outreach on a mobile device is not a good experience
We report our sales team members individual prospecting reports to maintain performance reviews. It helps us stay on top of which reps are struggling, and where they need extra training. We categorize our existing prospects and use them in other email campaigns. We can also split test different email templates to see which one performs best.

- Outreach has saved our new reps from having to do a lot up front, they now just need to learn the basics of outreach in order to start selling our product
The Outreach customer success team is very responsive when we have a question. If it is a basic question or issue they are able to solve it immediately. We also have submitted many feature requests since starting, and have seen a few of them implemented, most notably was Google calendar integration.
I have not used anything as robust as Outreach.
