Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is being used throughout our whole sales organization. Personally I use Outreach to send out customized emails at scale for the territory I cover. Outreach is useful to help gauge interest levels, analyze trends with A/B splits, and work efficiently.
- Analytics. Being able to test with A/B splits.
- Generate quality emails while hitting large quantities.
- User friendly. Simple to use.
- Maybe a more simple overview slide.
- An easier user interface for analytics. More on how to access them versus using them.
- I have only used Outreach in my career of business development/sales, so it's hard to compare whether I saw an increase in appointments or not.
I am not a decision maker so I am not too helpful here.
