Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

It is very easy to use and navigate through, Some of the email functionality not so much. As it closes out emails often without saving.
Used to streamline our reach out efforts with inbound leads, and cold B2B.

Pros

  • Easy time managment
  • Easy to log activity and get through a number of tasks quickly

Cons

  • Short cut for templates
  • Not deleting emails when you click on a different window outside of outreach
I dont generate any
  • Increased email opens
  • Increased answered calls
She has been great and very patient with the learning curve.
  • Mixmax
I would say that MixMax has a little better functionality in the emails, but Outreach has better UI.
Well suited for Sales and Business Dev,
