We use Outreach to help us build pipeline, reach out to our prospects and create campaigns. Our whole team uses it. It helps us gain productivity.
Pros

Cons
- Bugs & errors
- Some actions are complicated or not too logical and could be reviewed or simplified
- No support in Europe (for us anyway)
We do not generate reports yet.

The CS team is very responsive and nice. They are efficient and often get the job done quickly when you have an issue. Not too many emails too which is a blessing.
Not my choice but I'm happy they did it.
