Outreach is being used as a sales enablement and email tracking tool.
- Automatically logs emails and calls into Salesforce
- Tracks email opens and clicks
- Automates mass email campaigns
- Very glitchy
- Customer service is very slow to respond and resolve issues - I once went 24 hours before getting a response and was then asked to engage in trouble-shooting via email/chat which is very time consuming and frustrating
- Emails often send with a couple different font styles/sizes and spacing can be distorted from the recipient's view
- Positive - Time Saving: It's allowed me to contact more prospects in a shorter period of time
- Negative - Prospects can be turned off and unwilling to engage because they feel as if you are spamming them
