Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I use Outreach to set up my tasks, follow ups and my favorite usage are the sequences.

Pros

  • Email Tracking
  • Sequencing
  • Organization

Cons

  • email tracking could be easier
  • bulk compose
  • text message or call routing to personal device versus just your email
  • Time saved on account research
  • increased rep generated demos
  • improved conversion time
It works great but there are some things that need to be fixed for restaurant industry
Ive tried other platforms and Outreach has been more reliable without some of the errors and glitches that can happen. The downtime has been minimized.
I love sequencing but there are times that reports dont accurately pull so its a bit tedious and manual

Outreach is wonderful to have in a busy World of prospecting, demos and follow up. It keeps me accountable so that I remember to follow up and it does the leg work for me by running in the background. I love that it prompts me with my tasks so that I can stay persistent and organized
