Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Outreaach is how our sales team connect with leads and nurture relationships at scale, and we integrate it with Nooks as our automated dialer and Salesforce as our CRM. Our team relies heavily on the sequencing feature of Outreach and I'd say the business problem it mostly solves is how to reach out to prospects in a efficient, professional manner. The scope is the the tool is used all day, every day by all of the BDR team and most of the Sales Director team.

As mentioned earlier in my review, it does not get bogged down by how many or few people you are sequenced and has ideal capability for companies of all sizes. I've personally used it at a company with about 100 employees and one with over a thousand and it handled business all the same in both instances.
I really haven't used these features nor have been made particularly aware of them.
It is very intuitive and as mentioned earlier, enables as close to "set it and forget it" outreach as possible. The UI is clean and easy to use and features are easy to find and make productive use of. It integrates very well with our other relevant tools and my job would be much more of a headache without it.
The UI is way easier to use and it just works. It is the standard in it's market.

If you are a SaaS sales org anywhere from startup level to enterprise, publicly traded behemoth, Outreach makes getting in touch with prospects efficient and simple. It's as close to "set it and forget it" as you can be in sales outreach. I think the main room to grow is just adding capabilities that lie in different areas of the market (AI, auto-dialing, video recording).
