Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreaach is how our sales team connect with leads and nurture relationships at scale, and we integrate it with Nooks as our automated dialer and Salesforce as our CRM. Our team relies heavily on the sequencing feature of Outreach and I'd say the business problem it mostly solves is how to reach out to prospects in a efficient, professional manner. The scope is the the tool is used all day, every day by all of the BDR team and most of the Sales Director team.

- Some more transparency on where to adjust certain settings
- More AI used in the engagement side of things
- more meetings booked
- more conversion on engaged leads/prospects

I really haven't used these features nor have been made particularly aware of them.
The UI is way easier to use and it just works. It is the standard in it's market.
