Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use Outreach to boost sales and make sales more efficient. It is a very helpful tool in terms of organizing prospects, accounts, and pulling notes from calls. Also a lot of management wants us to use Outreach as a task management tool, meaning we should be able to finish our Outreach tasks every day. To be honest, as an SDR I think of Outreach as boosting efficiency for us but I wish I knew more about why exactly we are using it in a grand strategy sense.
Pros
- Call notes - I love how it organizes connects by disposition so I can go in and check while researching accounts
- Showing how many tasks we have
- Notes by the prospect when you call
Cons
- It is annoying how when emailing a prospect you can't enlarge the email pop-up
- Some form of continuous dialing like Orum
- Highlighting any past connects with prospects
- I'm sure improved revenue metrics although I'm not in charge of that
- Booking more meetings based on better research
Honestly I haven't seen the use of predictive or gen AI capabilities unless we're talking about plug-ins from SDRGPT or Actively.
