Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

We use outreach for call sequencing, sending emails, and creating tasks. We do not currently dial from it but we also have prospect data, etc. in there that we can review. It is the main source I go to when I am making my outreach to prospects and is the consolidated area for me to view information

Pros

  • Notes section
  • Keeping me organized
  • Quick links to linkedin is helpful

Cons

  • Can be slow to load pages between workviews
  • filters aren't the most intuitive
  • I think you should be able to add prospect notes. Currently we can only save notes to the account but we should have a notes section for prospects
  • Data Quality has improved for prospects
  • More booked meetings
  • Increased connect rate
Outreach can be adaptable to a small or large business with how it works. It has the ability to really give you access to a lot of prospects or as little as you need in a given situation. The tagging filters while not perfect work well for larger organizations to be able to drill down and stay organized
Other than small loading times between workflows an the occasional difficulty with navigating filters, it overall has been very user friendly and easy to navigate. Seeing the customer activity and response on the side is a tool I'm quite fond of and really makes it easy to track outreach to prospects
Outreach is more detailed and gives you mroe abilility to drill down than Apollo. Apollo may be better for fidning outbound data source but it falls short in other areas and overall is a lesser tool in my opinion. Outreach also is more visual with showing responses and engagement from prospects

Yes

It is a great tool for keeping your organized for outbound sales efforts
It is a great tool for having a multi-thread of outreach between email, LinkedIn and outbound calling
It is a good tool for being able to set custom tasks and follow up action items
It is less approriate for detailed data analysis
It is less appropraite if you were only doing one thread of communication
