Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I use Outreach in my daily activities. I am a BDR and I use the sequences to try to engage with my prospects. Without a sequence it will not be possible to remember my next step, I can easily see who opens my emails and clicks on the links I share, this is a tool that I use every day in my day to day activities

Pros

  • automate my sequences to my target audience
  • shows my target engagement
  • free up my time to use in other parts of my job

Cons

  • when I am looking for a prospect I have to spell exactly if I type something different it does not find it, some intelligent search would be appreciated
  • when I have automated emails in my sequences, I sometimes still need to change a bit the wording, it would be nice to have an easy way to do this
it has been appropriate for the use we do in my job
average, I have found better AI capabilities in other platforms,
I consider this platform useful in my activities

I basically use it for sequences and reports, where it has been very helpful
