Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

We use Outreach for SDR outreach, AEs use outreach for automating follow up, and as a standard for how we work with our b2b customers. Outreach ability to automate our tedious tasks and create a consistent follow up for our potential clients has been amazing.

No matter the size, Outreach can handle it
We did not use these features, but I am glad to know about them and will implement them in the future.
There are some areas for improvement but the solution is outstanding overall.

Initial outreach, Following up on opportunities, and automating tasks. All three of these task were improved by using Outreach. Our team had more time to focus on other relevant selling activities and focus on what was needed.
