Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Outreach is my home base for everything. I use it for prospecting, keeping up to date on my book of business, and being able to call and email people with a structure all within the platform. I think that Outreach is crucial to any organization looking to run a world class sales org

It's very scalable because of how easy to use it is. I don't see how a team would out grow Outreach to be honest and I think it's a tool that is here to stay. They can continue to be scalable by being able to add call recording and pipeline review features into the tool as well.
10/10 on the user interface. UI is so good and intuitive I really don't have any complaints about Outreach. The only thing I'll say is the email notification feature could be a little bit more robust and accurate when notifying if there's been other people poking around the emails I've sent

Outreach is suited for any sales org that is looking to manage their book of outbound prospecting outside of excel. I cannot stress enough how nimble and easy to use Outreach is. It is truly a game changer for organization and accuracy across the sales org - a must have for my team!
