Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Activity tracking for my team, Forecasting, Sequencing leads, Kaia call recording

Pros

  • Live activity tracking (email clicks and opens)
  • Kaia call recording is simple to use
  • Forecasting is simple to use

Cons

  • The UI is becoming increasing cluttered
  • The webapp will fail to load on occasion (usually at least once a month)
  • Improved forecasting accuracies and overall tracking
  • Kaia call recording reviews are very simple to use
We've been using heavily from when we were a 30 employee company to now, a 700ee company
Its becoming a bit more difficult as the UI has become increasingly cluttered with features.
I have not been directly involved in the usage of Scratchpad, but I find it's call recording / AI to be more beneficial.

It includes all tools needed for B2B software sales (my industry). From top to bottom of funnel and everything inbetween.
