For gathering all my intake information for a client before services are rendered.
  • Quick.
  • Easy to sign.
  • Filling in numbers is always difficult for clients.
  • Not user friendly on some applications.
  • Saves time for sessions.
  • Allows for payment ahead of time.
Embedded signatures is helpful, so is the accessibility to change the document quickly.
Real time notifications is helpful and the eSignature is very useful.
I can put everything I need in the document and e-format is clean looking. It is helpful having the follow emails reminding clients to fill it out.
Great for quick response. Difficult for people who are not electronically savvy.
