Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

[PandaDoc is] being used in the whole organization. It helps to fasten and improve the process of documents between our company and our clients.
Many documents need to be signed for our business every day between us and our company. Thanks to PandaDoc, this process is much easier and faster. As a result, we have shortened the time to obtain signed legal documentation between us and our clients.

  • The used interface is very friendly - both in terms of appearance and functionality

Clear dashboard, individual sorting of documents and simplicity of creating documents for electronic signature are another [highly] appreciated benefit. We use both manually created documents for signing and automatically generated documents by our system in pdf form. Moreover the possibility of labeling individual documents helps us to be more organized. It is possible to view the history of all recipients for a specific document - which is another feature, we use on daily basis.
We currently use PandaDoc mainly for signature documents between us and the client. We use other communication tools within the company. Signatures via mobile devices are not preferred. Our company prefers web browsers for electronic signature of documents. Our clients consider it a more secure way of signing (web browser).
Even earlier we use documents created by our system - we insert already prepared documents and create signature fields for individual recipients in PandaDoc. We use both manually created documents for signing and automatically generated documents by our system in pdf form. It is a better way for us to prepare documents.
