Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Networks

Our previous VOIP provider charged us an exorbitant amount for services we never used. Switching to PanTerra Streams was a game-changer—their customizable packages include only the features we need at a significantly lower monthly cost. We've been using the service for about a year without any issues and are completely satisfied. I’ve recommended it to others and will continue to do so.

We have contacted support only once, a short time after the initial setup. We contacted them for assistance changing a few simple things around. We found them very easy to communicate with. We haven't had any other problems that we have needed to contact support about, but I definitely would not hesitate to contact them again. Very easy to get ahold of and communicate with.
Onboarding was seamless and hassle-free. We received the equipment and completed the initial setup over the phone with our dedicated onboarding specialist. Anytime I had questions, I received prompt and thorough responses. The entire process was much easier than I expected, and I would definitely recommend this product to others.
We only needed one or two features, and eFax is one of them. It works great! Faxes go straight to my email, where I can read them. If I need to, I print them, or I can delete them if they’re junk. We don’t use file sharing, messaging, or the other features.
PanTerra Streams was the best choice for us. We looked at about four companies, and their price was much better than the others. The platform is easier to use every day and fits what we need. Everyone at PanTerra Streams was kind and easy to work with, which made everything better.

We don’t need a lot of features, and some of our staff aren’t very tech-savvy, so it was important to find a system that’s easy for everyone to use—and this one is! While they offer a wide range of features, we only pay for the few we actually need.

Using PanTerra Networks

2 - Only two of us use PanTerra Streams. The owner and the office manager, as we are a very small company. We are the only two people that answer the telephones on a regular, daily basis. We use it for sending and receiving faxes as well as the normal telephone functions. It is very simple and even the technology-challenged owner can use it.

Evaluating PanTerra Networks and Competitors

Yes - We had vonage previously and our price went up to a ridiculous amount. We only have three phones and an e-fax. We only use very basic features on the phones and it was not great service. We weren't getting a good value. Panterra has been so much better. No issues to speak of.

I would have gone to panterra first. This is the best voip system we have found. the price has not even raised 10% since we signed up over three years ago.

No. We don't usually have issues. We only use the phones for making and receiving calls and voicemail.
We were having an issue with our voicemails and the ring times. I couldn't figure out how to fix it on my own. The person I spoke with was fantastic. He went in and corrected the issues quickly.
