Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams
Used Panterra Stream for Corp office and out of state employees. It was nice to have system that employees can used the stream on their cell phone. Very seamless that when we call it shows up company number instead of cell number. Easy to add and deactive users from anywhere and can answer phone calls from remote site.

- Can answer phone call from anywhere as long as you have the Steam app on your cell phone
- Training was light. Had a newbie that train the team while newbie was learning. Better training for newbie so he can answer questions.
- When we used existing extension that below to another employee the old name would appear on Stream app but on the phone it would appear with the new employee name. It look like it didn't sync up.
- Better technology - ie answer and call on cell phone showing company number
- Pricing was lower
