Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

The PanTerra Streams implementation process was better than anticipated. It went very smoothly
We use the phone system and streams app for users in the office and to work from home. It allows us to send calls to user cell phones or to take their office phone home with them. We also have a paging adapter set up to page office phone and the warehouse intercom system
  • Routing of calls
  • Easy access to voicemail messages on cell phone or email
  • User interface is easy to use
  • Admin console is easy to use
  • At this time I have no issues that I need any improvement or additional functionality for
  • Panterra Streams is so reliable. We have had no dropped calls, No misdirected calls and the calls are always clear
  • The cost of this service is less than we were paying for AT&T or Comcast phone service but it is so much more reliable
  • PanTerra Streams customer service is rarely needed but when it is, there is no waiting for days for a call back or sitting on hold. There services is what a business needs to keep it’s phone communication to it’s customers up and running
PanTerra Streams support is one of the best I have dealt with

PanTerra Streams addressed our work from home phone problems during the Covid pandemic and continues to do so. Call routining can be managed through a browser or the streams app. The initial set up was easy and the customer service is timely and always accurately addresses any question I have
