Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

Planning takes time, and understanding feature rich system and what will be available also requires proper training.
Remote calling, work document storage and reporting are primary functions I use.
With remote calling, I can answer phone and call extensions with ease
WBox allows me to store document within a personal storage cloud.
Reporting is easy to use and can get as granular as needed.

I also help other High level users with setup and different scenarios.

Cons

  • Conference tool needs to be easier with zoom like options
  • Efaxing dashboard or better portal experience for users dedicated to receiving faxes, this applies to healthcare HIPAA compliance
  • Taking us from traditional phones to voip, having savings with minimal implementation
  • Having ability to analyse reports almost real time has provided info for us to quickly adjust to issues that come up
  • New staff rollout has been made easy where we can quickly deploy in any location including remotely
Over the years of using support have not really experience down time or had an unresolved issue.

Been helpful with those matters that needed configuration for call routing and automotive answer.



Call center deployment has decreased number of calls going directly to our appointment desk allowing them to be free to attend to patients onsite better.

Similar functionally at a fraction of a price
Great to small to medium business. Offering different methods of deployment. Users that are remote or moving from location to location can stay connected. Flexibility and price point are attractive. Specific to healthcare we have CoVid screening placed outside the building where we provide phones with streams configured for extension calling.
