Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams
We use it as a HIPPA compliant phone system to communicate with clients and on behalf of clients to support their goals. We are a transitional shelter that serves women and families so there is a lot of communication with outside agencies. It is used on a daily basis multiple times per day by various staff members.
- Its application is easy to use and convenient.
- Call quality is consistent and clear
- Customer service is always knowledgeable and helpful.
- Sometimes the calls in the app are not as clear as when using the actual phone itself.
- The options in the admin section are vast and sometimes it’s hard to find what I am looking for.

We almost all use the voicemail to email feature. Often times we are out and about in the field so we are not at the desk to answer our phones. Being able to access them wherever we are is so helpful and being able to utilize this service has been a game changer.
