Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
We use PathFactory to customize content paths around our major content releases. We'll augment a marquee resource with related resources like videos, case studies, webinars and white papers, and then deploy the path via Marketo, Outreach or our website.
- PathFactory integrates into Marketo's smart campaign functionality very well
- The experience for our users of PathFactory content is seamless
- The analytics available to us in Salesforce have been useful
- Some of the triggers in Marketo have been giving us false positives on content read
- The user interface inside the product can be confusing without extensive training
- We're still early in our relationship, but we've already attributed pipeline to PathFactory way beyond the product cost
We've benefitted from PathFactory by reducing the friction between our related resources - it's no longer an additional click or multiple clicks away, it's a simple scroll. We've only recently begun using the product but we're already beating time on page benchmarks we've had for years in Google Analytics.
It was as expected. It is a product that requires a dedicated user or admin managing it day-to-day for maximum ROI. This is not a tool that anyone on the team can drop in on.
Our potential buyers can now go from a single resource to multiple related resources in a single experience, allowing us to address top of funnel, mid funnel and bottom of funnel sometimes in a single sitting.
