Yes, it has provided visibility into results with different cohorts of prospects. It also gives a lot of autonomy to campaign managers, abm managers, field marketing managers, etc to create their own content tracks and tailor them accordingly.
I would say the greatest benefit is the capacity of the software to give you granular reporting for any content track and their integration capabilities.

My organization has benefited from PathFactory's capabilities in that our email nurture campaigns are more user-friendly and easy to navigate. If we did not use PathFactory, we would need to present multiple CTAs in each email. Our analytics have shown that multiple CTAs per email negatively affect user engagement. By consolidating content in one place, PathFactory makes our campaigns more effective.

I do believe when we were using PF it definitely was a great content hub to share externally with customers all the valuable marketing assets with the ability to consume more and more content at their leisure vs. a website or email campaign. I was not on the demand generation side of PF solely was there it build the content library with all newly created assets.

We have benefited by creating custom after-conversion branded pages (thank you pages) that enable users to continue their journey on the website after they have completed a download goal. These pages integrate well with the website experience and enable good tracking in Google Analytics.

PathFactory has helped personalize our campaigns to a much higher degree. We are now able to quickly create content-rich experiences around specific accounts, topics, and industries. We are also able to derive better conclusions from content performance than standard web-reporting services such as Google Analytics. This is especially true when it comes to known users vs. unknown users whereas Google doesn't provide account-specific info.

We really only just started utilizing the campaign integration to relate PathFactory views to Salesforce results, so I wouldn't have a good baseline to explain how effective the tool is right now at helping us achieve our desired results. I will say that the team has been incredibly helpful in getting us to the place where we're confident we have the infrastructure to be able to get that understanding which is a huge leap forward for us.

Yes, being able to group content and to have the same path but across different mediums and CTA's across campaigns has allowed us to streamline our messaging across all programs and provide the best possible medium to binge content. We are looking forward to seeing an increase of conversions from MQLs to SQLs and being able to attribute it to PathFactory paths.

If someone is consuming content, 99% of the time, it's through PathFactory. We have integrated PathFactory experiences across our entire marketing strategy. This has enabled us with deeper insights into the customer journey that sales can utilize to have more meaningful conversations throughout the sales cycle. Since starting our journey with PathFactory, we've understood better the content that converts best.
