Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I use Paycom for my payroll & on boarding. I have 5 full time employees & 3 PT employees. By using Paycom I am spending minimal time entering payroll since Paycom software is compatible to my POS system. What used to take me a half of a day, now only takes minutes!

I have been slow to trust all things technology. Growing up in a family run business, we always had physical checks & balances that always kept us profitable. When Paycom approached us they gained my trust quickly in regards to confidentiality & giving me time back that was originally spent on payroll. I used my CAP (old fashion way) which required a lot of phone calls, faxing, emailing, & trips to the CAP office. Wished I would've joined Paycom a long time ago.
A misconception I had was that my company was too small for Paycom. However, we were excited to learn we were not & that Paycom manages businesses of all sizes! B/c we are so small we don't have the need for all the other services provided by Paycom.
