Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We have been using contractors in the past. We just hired Paycor to handle our payroll for our employees we just hired. We have not been with Paycor that long but Paycor has been very helpful and efficient.
  • The training that Paycor offered me in the beginning was great. They were very patient while I learned the system.
  • My representative assisted me when I had to create a bonus structure to our payroll.
  • Since we used 1099 contractors previously, my representative assisted me in entering the year to date 1099 wages correctly in the system.
  • Can't think of anything to change at this time
  • Since we have hired Paycor I have been able to focus more on my everyday duties and not be worried about taxes etc.
  • Insperity and Prime Pay
We used Insperity years ago when we had another internet marketing company. We just are not to that level yet in our current business. We tried Prime Pay years ago also; their customer service was awful. We were not happy with them. Paycor has great customer service and their website is easy to use. I'm very pleased so far with Paycor and would recommend them to other businesses.
Paycor handles everything and makes my life easier. I don't have to worry about the taxes being filed appropriately on a timely basis. They double check behind me when I submit my payroll to catch any errors I may have made. Paycor is an excellent company for small to medium businesses. I feel that if we were much larger and needed benefits and more intense HR, we would use another company that specializes in that. Paycor just works for our business!
