Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is the currently payroll provider for Hill and Griffith.

Pros

  • Paycor's payroll services dramatically reduced the time it took to run payroll, streamlining both our payroll and tax filing services.
  • Customer support, reporting options, tax handling and filing, garnishment processing and benefit tracking are a few major strengths
  • There has been a significant increase to the efficiency for both HR and Finance using paycor and the elimination of tax liability risks is also significant.

Cons

  • We have had some trouble with the Online Check Stub registration feature over the years.
  • Only positive impacts, and this has been seen mainly in the decrease of time/increase in efficiency for the Payroll function. So much so that our Payroll Manager was able to go Part-Time!
I use Paycor payroll services for a very small company with under 50 employees, however I can see how the same services would be just as convenient and user-friendly for larger companies with far more associates on payroll.
