Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We currently use Paycor for all of our payroll needs, ACA compliance and time and attendance tracking.

Pros

  • Customer Service - I always get a prompt response to a question whether it is via email or phone.
  • User Friendly - Paycor is not only available via live person for assistance, but has many tutorials and "help" articles that are extremely user friendly.
  • Variety - Paycor has a variety of platforms to use for your company. There is always room for our company to be able to grow thanks to the help and time we get back by using Paycor's platforms.

Cons

  • Customization - The Perform Dashboard for payroll is not customized and due to the various fields Paycor offers their services to, this can be a con for some.
  • The many platforms offered through Paycor has allowed our company to confidently focus our time and focus on other areas of our business.
We chose Paycor for their number one customer service, user friendliness and their offer of many platforms.
Paycor was key and on point in helping us get set up for ACA reporting and walked us through every single step. They were there when we panicked and assured us we were doing everything correctly.
