Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor has been not only an unbeatable payroll partner, but is also [our] de facto HR department. We use the repository to the fullest and the Perform Platform ensures quick, easy, accurate management of all HR related issues.

Pros

  • Customer service is amazing!
  • Implementation is outstanding - I honestly felt like I was Paycor's most important client every time we spoke.
  • Accuracy is 100%!

Cons

  • The mobile app doesn't quite have the full site for remote management of issues.
  • Saves so much time
  • Ensures accuracy
  • Wonderful repository of historical information for referral
We had a competitor. NEVER resolved one single issue using their call center. HORRIBLE SERVICE for TWICE the cost, with no online portal!
Perfect for small, medium, or large corporations and provides a scalable service to integrate with all organizations' needs.
