Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Our organization uses Paycor across the entire organization as our HRIS; payroll, employee records, recruiting, benefits administration, time and attendance, ACA compliance, and document management. With Paycor we are now able to offer employee self service and automate many tasks that were previously done manually. The reporting function works especially well and is easy to use. I also like that new features are developed from customer feedback.
- Payroll - Originally we were looking for a new payroll provider, were leaving ADP, and were very impressed with the value offered by Paycor.
- Applicant tracking - Their Newton software is a great recruiting platform, among the best.
- Reporting - An easy to use report writing package - no SQL needed.
- New features do not appear to always thoroughly tested.
- Time and attendance - while the system works great it is just t0o robust for our needs. Their other time option, a work in progress does not have all of the features we need.
- The cost of running payroll vs. ADP is about half.
- We have been able to eliminate most paper forms and manual processes.
- Employees are able to update their own information saving HR a lot of admin work.
