Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Paycor is used by the entire diocese and training was done online which proved to be somewhat inefficient. Since our parish became a client of Paycor, I am now working with my third payroll support specialist. I must admit that although I have had more that one person working on our account, all of the specialists have been very knowledgeable and very helpful.
Pros
- Reminds you that payroll needs to be processed.
- Will respond to questions on a timely manner.
Cons
- I had difficulty rehiring an a teacher that was returning as a sub. The instructions by Payor were difficult to understand.
- Because Paycor has taken on the responsibility of paying monthly, and quarterly payroll tax returns I no longer have the chance of filing late.
Paycor requires more personal information, such as I-9 Forms. The also report new hire reports.
