Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I not only utilize the actual payroll part of Paycor, but the emails I get "Expert Advice to Keep you on Track" on a regular basis help me learn and grow. The one that is sticking out the most right now helped me to put together a benefit packet for the employees. Paycor helps with so many different areas. It's great to get help for so many things right from one place.

  • Help me manage the staff, from pre-employment to compliance.
  • Paycor helps me with the company's benefits.
  • They stopped giving out invoices for services. I like to have an invoice to match every expense.
  • Definitely minimized compliance risks.
  • Made it easier to put together my benefits packages.
  • They run payroll reports automatically, making payroll taxes less stressful.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - The help with the benefits packages saved me a lot of time. They also have all the staffing needs in one place, from recruiting to the hiring process. It saved a lot of time to not have to go to the several different sites and create and monitor job listings and applicants.
It is super easy and user friendly.
I have used ADP in the past, and it felt like I was nothing more than a part of an account to them. With Paycor, I know they recognize me as a person, a part of a company.
Paycor is well suited for medium and large companies because it offers so much at the fingertips. It helps in such a wide variety of ways with the day to day operations.
