Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
I own an insurance agency and we have been using Paycor for 13 years. We use it for our bi-weekly payroll as well as for end of the year processing. Our staff uses Paycor to check their paychecks, PTO time and other reports that help them understand how they are compensated by our agency. I use the reporting features and administration on a weekly basis. It allows me to track my payroll easily, and as that is our major expense in my small business, ease of use and flexibility are extremely important for me. I need a one-stop-shop for this and Paycor truly delivers.

- Employees can manage paystubs and end of the year processing themselves
- Reporting features are excellent
- Customer service is top knotch!
- Sometimes the search feature for help is difficult to navigate
- I don't have time to administer payroll myself, Paycor takes very little time which is perfect for me.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - We used to calculate payroll ourselves, this is so much better and more accurate. We have employees working out of state, and Paycor made it simple to comply with all the other state requirements.
