Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for our payroll, benefits, and HR management needs and it does a good job at it.

Pros

  • Their payroll system is good.
  • Their benefits system is decent.

Cons

  • The time and attendance system need some updating.
  • It is hard to get questions answered in a timely manner from our reps.
  • They actually make a lot of things harder than necessary which takes up more time than it should.
Our HR and/or payroll team has not had any measurable time savings. - I don't really see any time savings with Paycor vs. other payroll systems, personally.
It isn't user-friendly for our employees, and our supervisors struggle as well. Things don't always carry over well from HR to payroll.
UltiPro was in its infancy when I used it. Paycor exceeds them, but I would be willing to give them another try at some point.
Paycor is good for a smaller company, but they lack the needed support for a 500+ employee company.
