Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

It is being used across the organization and is working well. It addresses both the traditional payroll system, plus timekeeping. We are looking to use the HR module as well in the future.

Pros

  • User-friendly website.
  • Good customer support.
  • Customization reports.

Cons

  • The system tends to be slow or hard to log into on Mondays and Fridays for some reason.
  • We gained efficiency by using the app to clock in rather than a manual timeclock.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - No longer adding up time cards and keying in time.
No comparison, Paycor's customer service is much better than competitors.
It works well when you have employees that are not always in the office, as they can clock in using the app.
