Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use Paycor for our HRIS system. We use it for Time and Attendance, and Payroll Administration. It is nice that the two systems talk to each other so that we don't have to worry about any issues when uploading information or human error.
Pros
- ATS Integration. We really enjoy how it works with Newton ATS.
- Employee onboarding is particularly nice for us. We hire a lot of employees and it's nice to be able to have that work smoothly.
- Ease of payroll.
Cons
- Customer service. They are quick to sell you more products, but slow to get back to you when you have an issue.
- Training and communication. We have not had the best luck with the implementation of new products.
- Increased efficiency with our managers in terms of recruitment on our ATS system. Easier for our applicants and for our staff.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
Reporting is much better, and it's easier from an employee standpoint.
