Payroll & HR.
- Easy to navigate.
- User-friendly
- Not challenging to learn to use.
- Reports
- Updating information quicker in reports.
- Templates for mass upload need to be better.
- Should be able to roll up totals for pay stub history.
- Users (payroll team)should be able to request stop payment from the site itself.
- Easier for employees to sign up for Paycor than it was for ADP.
- Lost alot of time ensuring data on reports are accurate.
Our HR and/or payroll team is spending more time than we did previously due to Paycor. - I believe we did not have a lot of things correct during the integration project. The reps we had were awful & not knowledgeable.
It doesn't. We are trying to just save money but ADP is better so far. Sorry.
