Knowledge of some of the systems.

Terrible service and implementation staff.

Return on Investment

I went from working 50 hours a week to 75 hours a week due to having to sort out Paycor issues.

Usability

The system overall is great. The scheduling could use some upgrading and the timecards could too.

Alternatives Considered

ADP Enterprise eTIME, Kronos Workforce Central and Workday Human Capital Management

I launched all 3 of the above and they were all hands-on with training, implementation, and issues. This group answers emails and calls when they want and did a several web meetings. 90% of the work was on me.

Likelihood to Recommend

Out of all my implementations that I have done, this was the absolute worse. I was sold that this was an easy to use system that would save me time and streamline things. I am currently working all day on Sunday trying to straighten Paycor issues out.
