Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We are using Paycor across the whole organization but the main users are those in the administrative areas of the business. It helps us reduce the time to onboard, manage and pay our employees.

  • Constant innovation.

Cons

  • Responsiveness.
  • Follow up.
  • Increased efficiency.
  • Compliance.
  • Minimize repetitive tasks.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 25-50 hours per month. - Reduced schedules for employees.
I have not been able to dominate or learn everything about the system. I need more training or wish I can have more time to learn about reporting.
Capabilities and integration.
Paycor has well-trained employees that are always looking to assist. Sometimes when they can't, I have experienced some good follow up but sometimes I have not. Consistency is important.
