Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for our daily time clock, payroll, and PTO calculations for our company. Paycor has access for employees to use an app for checking time and requesting time off. Paycor also helps us with ACA IRS filling and makes it so much easier. It makes the human resource side so much easier. It is all automatic and you can run different reports to help with anything you need.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - We use to have to calculate and then call in payroll over the phone. Paycor has made it so that we just need to look over time cards and submit hours electronically. It calculates reoccurring deductions and can add deductions if needed at any time.
Paycor is easy to use with the training they provide. If you need help there are a lot of different avenues for help. You can call the help desk, online tutorials, or they also have a knowledge base with many different levels of help. You always have options.
Paycor always has someone available to help. You can call and get the help you need at any time. Paycor is great for a large company with lots of moving parts. You have the ability to clock in from anywhere with the app and it can help with off-site employees.
