Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for payroll, time and attendance, recruitment, onboarding, report writing and personnel management. Paycor is a tool that facilitates the operations of each of those tasks as well as providing payments to government agencies and preparing tax statements. Paycor is used everyday by all members of HR.

Our HR and/or payroll team has not had any measurable time savings. - We still spend a lot of time working in paryoll grids
Some features are great and some really do not suit our needs.
We selected Paycor because our previous company dropped the ball on important updates and even forgot to process a payroll. We wanted something that would be better to communicate with us.
Paycor is great for processing payrolls and submitting payments, Benefits advisor is good with communicating to vendors. Time and attendance is awful. We cannot use the scheduling tool and we need to be able to manage employees/supervisors on a more customizable basis. Plus needing to merge accounts to get the single sign-on between Paycor and Time is cumbersome. We've been promised an upgrade to Perform Time but it is always halted right before release.
