Paycor is a wonderful resource fore employee information, payroll and timekeeping management, reporting, and documentation. This is a resource we use daily to keep a secure record of all things HR and payroll.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
While many of the navigations and features are intuitive and simple to use, there are some processes which have cumbersome processes, and identifying resources for guidance can be just as cumbersome.
Paycor is an excellent option for a small business looking to create a singular resource for many elements of HR and payroll administration. For larger companies, it may be difficult to scale, as some navigation tools lag tremendously, and frequent updates change the functionality of some resources - fine if only a few users are depending upon the resource, but could be burdensome if training multiple managers were required frequently.
