Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for all of our HR needs and as an LMS learning and development community. In fulfilling our HR needs, employees can view their paychecks, time off, and progress toward competencies and objectives that have been assigned to them. They can also view any important tax data and career pathing informaton.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Our Director of Human Resources has directly stated that Paycor streamlines her job and makes processes easier and more straightforward. Through the platform, we are able to view historical data to propel our team members forward with their objectives and ensure that those objectives are aligned with the company's goals.
Paycor's usability is excellent for human resources capabilities. Where it lacks is its learning management system, which is outdated and lacks personalization to our needs. I have tried time and time again to add some bells and whistles to our modules, but the platform is too limited; we are having to supplement, and we would like everything within the same platform.
Paycor seems significantly more intuitive than workday. I often felt like I need to be a programmer to fully understand Workday's capabilities. It was also tons of clicks on workday for me to end up where I wanted to be---finding items was a game and felt extremely time consuming. Paycor's interface is much simpler.

As far as human resources capabilities, Paycor is on the mark. It is easy to view paychecks, time off balances, competencies, and objectives. It is simple to take off time and receive feedback from managers on this platform. Unfortunately, it is not as straightforward with the learning management system; that system has limitations and could use some improvement.
