Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is our Time & Attendance, Payroll, ATS, Onboarding HRIS. It addresses each of these and offers additional areas to implement as well. Working toward housing everything in one system.

Pros

  • Training Hub
  • Paygrid
  • Time Off and Accruals

Cons

  • Too many changes to the user experience
  • Doesn't listen to customer feedback in the feedback area
  • Calling in can be a frustrating experience
  • Improved employee experience
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Managers can easily make corrections from time dashboard. Making changes in paygrid for one off changes or easily being able to toggle to employee profile for a permanent change and reenter the paygrid with the change applied. Importing time into the paygrid.
I rated this way because I am able to teach myself almost anything I need to know through articles or training hub but I feel as though there are frequent user experience changes and that can be difficult to always keep up with.
We were looking for a better employee and manager experience and better customer service.

It is a satisfactory system. I enjoy being able to teach myself through the training hub
